Mounted Points

A vitrified (kiln made) abrasive, made with various grits and grains that comes in a variety of shapes and sizes on a 1/8 or 1/4 “ shank. Points are chosen for use on metals for a specific task or area to be shaped, smoothed and finished. Normally offered in fine, medium and coarse grades. Aluminum oxide is the typical grain, but ceramic and silicon carbide points are also available.
