These systems have quickly replaced the cumbersome, older-styled flexible shaft units. A newely designed, powerful brushless micromotor directly in the handpiece provides surprising torque and vibration-free rotation. The Emax EVOlution system features gradual starting circuitry, quick stop mechanisms, and feedback circuitry that maintains constant speeds even under load.
